Review authors consider the following when reviewing a blog:

Read the entire blog. Every post. Summarize the purpose of the blog in one sentence. Identify the ten most significant posts in the history of the weblog, and explain their relevance to its major themes. Highlight points of innovation. What do they bring to blogging? What are the landmark qualities of this weblog; what is it known for? What is the relationship of this blog to others working within its theme(s)?

Review authors follow these guidelines when considering a blog for review:

Blog reviews are typically written by a Blog Review author, but you may also submit a review of your own blog to ensure that you are reviewed. Self-reviews are subjected to editing.
